About Shannon
By helping my clients buy and sell real estate, I am ultimately helping them build wealth. I truly enjoy guiding individuals, families, and business owners through this pivotal decision in their lives.
As a life-long Cedar Rapids/Marion resident and graduate of the University of Iowa, I have considerable knowledge of the communities within the Corridor. I am fully equipped to help you with any residential or commercial real estate needs.
Prior to my career in real estate, I spent many years serving others as the Marketing Director for a nationally recognized nonprofit organization. Through this experience, I'm able to utilize my marketing background to effectively promote each property, and my passion for making a difference is felt by my clients throughout each of their real estate transactions.
I am also proud to serve as the Executive Director of the Rotary Club of Cedar Rapids, as it has allowed me to be directly connected with hundreds of local business leaders. I enjoy not only being able to network with so many local organizations, but continuing to make a difference in our community through the work that Rotary does. The Cedar Rapids metro area and surrounding communities are some of the best areas in the country to invest in or grow your business and have some of the best people there are!
