As a Cedar Rapids resident, I started my real estate career in 2010 with the PSN Homes team, I bring over a decade of dedicated experience to every client I serve. I earned my real estate license in 2012 and, by 2023, became the sole proprietor of PSN Homes — a milestone that reflects my commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with integrity and expertise.
My background in Interior Design, which I studied at Kirkwood’s design program after graduating from Regis High School, plays a key role in how I approach marketing and staging properties. I specialize in residential real estate, with particular expertise in marketing, REO properties, relocations, and investment opportunities. Whether you're looking to downsize, upsize, invest, or navigate a major life transition, I take pride in offering thoughtful guidance every step of the way.
As a certified Selling Ninja since 2015, I combine my design skills with strategic selling techniques — often staging homes or rearranging furniture to maximize appeal and value. I’m especially passionate about helping investor clients recognize the potential in properties and enjoy mentoring fellow agents on the ins and outs of purchasing foreclosures.
