About Rachael

Rachael currently resides in Cedar Rapids with her family.  In her free time you can find Rachael spending quality time with her family and friends enjoying outdoor activities, live music and watching her youngest son race motocross.



Prior to joining Skogman Rachael owned a family real estate business that built several high end homes, as well as owned and managed rental properties. She has extensive experience as an investor rehabing and flipping properties. She has great experience in the commercial end of real estate purchasing distressed restaurant and bar businesses then renovating and building them into successful companies. As a Realtor Rachael also enjoys staging homes and using her creative side to prepare homes to go on the market. She equates her talents not only to her experience designing homes but, she credits the ten years she spent as a professional stylist.



Rachael also values the importance of giving back to the community. When she can she volunteers for the Cedar Rapids School Districts, childrens sporting events, theatre and show choir at Washington High School.



Rachael enjoys meeting new people and creating life long relationships with her clients. Building trust, earning respect and providing excellent service are very important to Rachael when it comes to the level in the quality of service she provides her clients.
