About Heather

Since 1993, Heather Morris has earned a reputation for integrity and tireless work ethic in the real estate industry.  Beginning her career at age 20, Heather had an “I can do that” attitude about real estate from the start.  Knowing the numbers is her foundation for road mapping a successful solution to real estate opportunities.  After a decade of being a nationally ranked sales leader, Heather invested in education by becoming a broker associate, a Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist, Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and consultant for land development.  Heather has also served and is currently on a number of Boards of Directors giving her a community growth mindset and deep financial literacy.  Given three decades of real estate and consulting experience, Heather has an extensive resume.  Whatever the situation is she is most interested in figuring out a solution and working with her team to get the job done.  Accomplishments include farm sales, commercial land planning and development, residential and PUD Planned Urban Development sales, zero lot line and condominium communities, historical buildings and commercial buildings, Industrial and warehouse construction and lease opportunities, office and retail leasing services and build out for coffee shops, physical therapy, spas,  and non-profit sales.  



Married to Jared Morris in 2008, a perfect fit for both family businesses with Jared and the Morris family in land development and excavation.  Heather has jokingly been nicknamed the “Queen of Dirt”.  However, the number of farm sales, land development projects, and improved lots speaks for themselves.  Heather and Jared have four generations of family close by keeping them busy.  Their daughter is active and they enjoy time traveling together, on the golf course, boating with friends, watching football games, and spending time with their boxer pups.  Giving back to the community with time, talent, and treasure is also a priority for their family.  



Outgoing, bubbly and ever dependable Amanda Sutton is responsible for executing all of Heather’s real estate transactions. From everyday email communication to skilled and strategic marketing, documentation and management of contracts, she is a top notch professional.  Included on the team is also her own closing agent, and high dimension, drone, staging photographer.
