Hey! My name is Zachary Schuler and I’m in the business of people. Most of my peers would say they are in the real estate business - while that is also true, the part of my job that is most important to me is making a genuine connection with you!
I’m a born-and-raised Iowan, living in the Corridor for the last 12 years. Iowa is home to all of my immediate family and that is a blessing I wouldn’t trade for anything. I live on the Southeast side of Cedar Rapids with my wife and daughter (as well as three cats, an XL dog, and two gerbils). When we aren’t working, we are either improving our home, appreciating one of the many surrounding parks, or out and about supporting our local businesses!
I come from a customer service and management background at Starbucks Coffee Company. I’m well-versed in juggling multiple aspects of a job, while always keeping my customers as my number one priority. My passion for real estate began when I was a teenager helping remodel and flip houses, but I truly fell in love with the industry when my wife and I were searching for our current home.
